The academy offers theory, practical (hands-on) training and workplace placement — nationally and abroad. Workplace Experiential Learning (W.E.L) is an important part of every programme. It offers real-life workplace experience in each field of study, exposes students to genuine industry problems, and teaches them how to resolve them. It is the chance to learn how the world outside the classroom and the training kitchen actually operates.

Work abroad on a J1 internship visa
We have partnered with a reliable travel agency that makes it straightforward for students to travel to the United States on a J1 internship visa for 12 months. Students can be placed abroad for their W.E.L while studying, or after graduating. The internship shows students what the industry expects of them, gives them an insight into cuisines across the globe — and lets them earn while they learn.
Student loan providers
We have partnered with certified student loan providers, which makes studying with us easier, more convenient and genuinely doable for students who are funding themselves.
